As you use our network, we are here to provide you with outstanding customer service if you need it. You can call, email, or text us 24/7/365 and talk to a human being who is excited to make sure you are taken care of. The Honest Network only works if our customers are happy.

We believe pricing for internet should be simple and straightforward. We charge $50 per month for our residential internet service. You can rent a router for an additional $5 per month, buy one from us, or bring your own, Honest-approved router for free.

Finally, we’re big believers in maintaining a 100% net neutral ecosystem. We don’t favor certain content providers over others. We don’t throttle bandwidth. And we maintain a strong privacy policy – we never share your browsing data with anyone.
